Great but poor service by PO

Website very easy to use and pleased that items (train and carriages with letters) were in stock and I was able to choose express delivery. Sadly the PO let me down badly. Parcel did arrive and train proudly displayed on my new grandson's windowsill. My second train as I bought a train and letters from a shop two years ago for my first grandson; since bought several toys and very happy with quality. Good to have a British, sturdy, traditional toy for a change.
