It was nice getting to try these other varieties, and I did notice positive results after drinking each one (one day at a time, of course) but I really need to stick to just the MEND as it is the one I need most and I can't afford to add another variety.

Sadly so far the only one, mend, has been of any use to me. I apparently dont have the enymes to digest these terpenes. I felt absolutely no change. This is an issue with my system, and most others would have a different opinion, im sure. The mend was taken before bed and actually helped relieve my pain throughout most of the night. Which in turn helped me sleep better. But sleep, calm, and intesify didnt seem to do much. I have yet to try wake, bliss and curb. I dont usually have issues with food cravings. So not sure if curb will be helpful. Will try the last three soon.
