Happy to find this soft cheese option - love my hard cheese one

Been using the hard cheese version for years and have been amazed to find how great it works. Cheese flavor and quality really lasts, even seems improved by storing in the vault. And it's easy to clean, when needed, which is far less often than expected given how much I use it. My husband isn’t a fan of what he calls “stinky” cheese such as an excellent quality blue. But I am. Now I have the perfect vault to lock away and preserve my “stinky” cheese passion, too. And he never even has to look at it, much less smell it.
