I got these and a pair in white. They are super fine, almost the thinness of nylons. I expect they would be best for someone working in an office with fluctutating temperatures who wanted a little extra warmth under her trousers.Since I was looking for thicker socks, I wear these under a pair of thick ankle socks and it works.
