GREAT GRIP, FUN TO SHOOT!
Really comfortable grip. Doesn’t slide around in your hand which means you don’t have to have a death grip on it. Fits both my hand (XL) and my wife’s (Med). Fun to shoot!

CONSISTENT TECHNIQUE, GREAT BANDS!
The technique is exceptionally consistent, provided you keep the “reference points” under constant mental control; that is, focus the front outer corner on the target, the three points below it on the fork perpendicular to it, and then the taut band in line with the elbow, which is pointing slightly upward.
Unfortunately, I have no experience with targets that aren’t horizontal—that is, anything located slightly above the horizontal plane.
The new Heavy Duty Flat Bands are slightly shortened—they work perfectly with 7/16 ammo—and they last quite a while.
I'm very satisfied with them, and with the 'X' as well.
