Seals bungee

I've used Seals rand skirts for creeking since Mnt Surf disappeared. Still do. I've used IR bungee skirts for other stuff. Both Seals and IR are great. The Seals and IR bungee skirts differ a bit in how they fit my boats, but both keep water out. The IR seemed to grip a tad better when I tested how much pressure was required to cause an implosion. Seals bungee skirt is noticeably lighter than Seals rand skirt, but specs say the neoprene is the same thickness. I have both, and the bungee skirt's neoprene looks and feels like it's the same thickness as the rand skirt's neoprene, so the bungee skirt's lighter weight apparently stems from the bungee cord Seals uses being lighter than the rubber rand Seals uses.
