Really bad experience. The package was wrapped by low quality material. There was a mess unpackaging. The tray has a damaged corner, and it does not look like it was damaged during transportation.

Clay quality is not the best, a bit rough on the edge but probably the best bang for your buck with 20% discount. A good starter set for my tea ceremony. Elbony board has 4 legs glued on it and one of the legs came off during the shipping. The whole tea set was in soft styrofoam package and not in any retailer box. This made unwrapping process become a real nightmare. After using it for a couple days, it starts to grow on me.
