DJI Mini 4 Pro & Mini 3 Series Drone Case

The pins that hold the lid on the case gradually start working their way (as they do with the RC case which I also bought) out until they slip out completely and you’re left with a top that just comes off constantly. I contacted this company to mention what appears to be a design fault or just poor design and was told oh well it hasn’t happened to anyone else and I was brushed off. No mention of replacement or repair. Poor customer service and a unfortunately a poor representation of what could have been a good product.
