Ember Oven by InstaFire

The Ember Oven feels solidly built and it has a clever design. It mostly seems geared toward using Instafire's proprietary gel but I'm a lot more interested in using wood and charcoal. My early impression is that charcoal doesn't produce enough heat for baking bread but more experimentation is needed to be sure. I was forced to use hickory chunks (available at walmart) for more BTUs. Getting the heat where I wanted it was a fiddly process but the whole experience was pure fun! I'm looking forward to a lot more baking with this crazy, unique outdoor oven.

Put up to I need it, fast shipping.

Had trouble using alcohol burners had to use the canned heat got it up to 400°. I believe it will cook a loaf of bread.
