The boots are really amazing! They fit a bit too big but that's my fault, being a woman the description recomended to stick to your usual shoe size and i still sized up... Otherwize they're prefect I'll just wear bigger socks. Comes with a luck charm keychain, a balacklava and extra side pieces for the boots. The help center is simply lovely and super fast! The quality is impeccable.
