Acu Seeds Ear Seed Refills

I am slowly getting used to placing the seeds but struggle a little with the tweezers and so still end up wasting a couple along the way! They do however seem to be having an effect which is good news. Have recommended to friends to try

I have definitely been sleeping better since using the ear seeds. I also find, they stay in place better with the ‘sleep’ application. I tried the digestion, but the placement wasn’t great on my ears.

I am grateful for this, it has made the difference, I do fill if a week goes by and I didnt use the ear seeds. Is really helpful, and Im grateful for Giselle creating this
