Gotham Men's Gold Plated Stainless Steel Mechanical Pocket Watch

So far so good, everything seems pretty quality, only had the watch a week now but I keep it in my vest pocket for riding the Harley and it works perfectly.

I'm very happy to see the improvements the Gotham Watch company have made to their products. I'd purchased a Railway Classic Model some years ago, in a different style to this, and while it was a wonderful looking watch, it ran slow, despite the 17 jewel movement. This watch, however, has been faithfully keeping time. Just like the last watch, this is what I would call a "cosmetically" railroad grade replica- that is, it's the correct size, appearance, and even the correct movement for a US regulation railroad pocket watch from 1893 onwards, but there's no actual bezel that can be unscrewed in front or back by the user. This may be a stumbling block to someone looking for a truly railroad grade pocket watch, but as a former brakeman at the Strasburg Railroad and now a trainman at another FRA regulated heritage railroad, this isn't a concern for me and I fully use this watch in service. I appreciate that the model I wanted, which looks like a sleek take on a Hamilton Railroad-grade watch from the first decade of the 20th century, was on sale for the price that it was. Again this isn't the first watch I've bought from Gotham but it also won't be the last.
