I would love to rate this product!

I ordered it twice and received the wrong item both times. Ordered Intra Turbo, received Turbo Recharge TWICE. I used your email to customer service since there is no other way to contact the company, but nobody replied, either time! It's a shame your customer service is so poor because I like your products. I don't think I will be ordering anything again. Not worth the trouble.
