Got this as a promo and I’m ordering more! It really seems to calm me in the evenings. I mix it with almond or coconut milk, add some chia seeds, a dash of Ceylon cinnamon, and let it soak a bit. Love the taste! A little rain and thunder sounds and I’m floating right to sleep.
