Best matte lipstick ever

It dries down super quick, doesn't budge AT ALL, and doesn't feel chunky when layering it on. It has a nice powdery feel to it once it dries and basically feels non-existent. The best thing is that my lips didn't start to crack or dry out like they usually do with liquid lipsticks.
