No regrets
Beautyfull grinder, its made tough and and makes it easy to grind you're favorite roast every morning. I like the glass recipient, easy to wash. Same for the whole grinder, easy to clean and brush. It gives you a lot of different grinds and they're consistent. Im using it for my pour over daily and im very satisfied.

Precision in Every Grind
I recently invested in the Comandante C40 MK4 grinder, and it's a game-changer. The sleek black design is not just eye-catching; it's a testament to top-notch craftsmanship. The grind consistency is unmatched, whether I'm brewing espresso or French press. While manual, the process is intuitive, and the versatility in grind settings caters to various brewing methods. The C40 is a portable powerhouse, perfect for both home and travel. If you're serious about your coffee and value precision, this grinder is worth every penny.

The golden standard
I have this grinder along with the Kinu m47 simplicity, the 1zpresso jmax (my newest grinder), the porlex mini and hario slim (my first two hand grinders). As for electric, I have a fellow ode, baratza sette 270, the baratza encore, and a mazzer mini. I've also used the Weber workshops eg-1 and key grinders quite extensively, since my job involves coffee and tea. This is still the grinder I end up using for most things aside from my morning espresso! Especially at work or on the go. It's just got that magic to it. Yes it's high quality, and will take your coffee game to the next level, but it's also a standard in the coffee world, which is great when you want to share recipes for brewing methods. The engineering tolerance is very tight, and I've ground Turkish style coffee and Tea powder before with ease. Check out my photo and video of the burrs at 1 click. The only thing I would change is to make the clicks easier to identify, like on the Jmax, but this still makes a better cup and you get used to finding your setting quickly. It's also way better to travel with (and easier to take apart) compared to the Kinu m47, and it actually feels higher quality (because the simplicity has a plastic cup and handle). If you're a coffee (-making) fanatic like me, I highly suggest adding this to your collection, and if you are new to coffee and want the best grind for your money, this is probably it. (Unless you solely want it for espresso, then The Kinu is a little faster, and the best option to completely replace an electric espresso grinder.) Save the money by not buying a motor, haha. I have not tried the red clix mod yet, but I'm excited to get one. It might give it a closer edge on the Kinu. If you're thinking about it, just buy one and start brewing, you won't be disappointed!! Oh, and I've been using it almost every day for 5 months!
