you will need to drill pilot holes for the screws since on my boat, there is no way to tighten the nuts on the bolts from below.

The new floor base looks good. Giving it 4 stars only because I don’t know how it will hold up. The one that came with my 2024 Solara boat had significant paint peeling off.
