The phone didn't work from day 1. I was asked whether I dropped it or submerged it in water. I was told I will only get a refund if the company's technician says it's not been dropped. I paid £150 for it and really am quite disappointed with the returns process. I would not recommend buying from this company. I certainly wish I never did.
