The heel cup in the back of the shoe was very rough and wore blisters on the back of my heels almost immediately. I’m going to try extra thick wool socks tomorrow to see if that will help. The reinforcing fabric of the heel counter has an upper edge which severely rubs the backs of my heels regardless how much effort I use to jam my forefoot into the toe of the shoes.
