I’m extremely proud of my WRAF service, and my brooch will be on the current jacket that I wear.

Bought in memory of an aunt who served in the WAAF during WW2 and was mentioned in despatches . Actually the WRAF didn't exist during the war, it was actually the WAAF, but this is the nearest emblem available. But it serves a purpose.

Enamel very good, but security pin point bent and blunt, required straightening and sharpening before being able to use.
