Terra Women's Heated Parka

I bought for my wife. It’s the warmest coat she’s ever had. Even without the heating pads on. She loves it !

The parka is very warm and the electric heat adds a totally new dimension! The battery doesn't last anywhere close to 10 hours on high. It's more like 2 hours, but usually that's plenty. The quality of the jacket in some areas is a little sub-par. One of the snaps fell off within 2 days of receiving the jacket. I contacted Gobi, but they don't offer a way to get any replacement parts. I'm not going to ship the entire jacket back for one snap, so I found a nearly identical snap online and have replaced it myself. Otherwise, great parka so far!

This was a lovely coat but I had to return it. The coat arrived with defective snaps. They were either broken off the jacket on arrival or when i unbuttoned the jacket to try it on they fell off. I returned the jacket for a replacement and unfortunately I had the same issue with the snaps being defective. I opted for a refund. I was very disappointed since the material of the jacket and all other features were of high quality.
