Amazing top of the line product. Grey Man Tactical support is not very great, though. It is impossible to contact and took weeks to get replies

Good product/slow shipping
I ordered this for a Christmas gift for a friend, as he had recently admired the set up I had in my everyday bag. I ordered in November, thanking that would be plenty of time before Christmas. It was not. I know I could have paid extra for expedited shipping, but it shouldn’t take 5 weeks to get a product from Louisiana to Missouri. Overall, product is great, output is slow.
