Giuliani Professional Cello Bow

So far this bow is best bow I have purchased. To compare ; my previous bow was a fiddler shop top of the line premium bow of the same materials. I also have had several other carbon bows . But I would say for my ear the tone produced and handeling of this bow is superior. This is now my go to bow for playing

A beautifully crafted bow with excellent tone

I am by no means a professional cellist. That said, I have been playing off and on (mostly on for the last 7 years) since 1971. I never developed the regular practice habits that woud have made me much better. Recently the bow that my parents purchased for me when I was in 9th grade was accidentally broken by a violinist who shall remain nameless. At the tender age of 62 I was forced to research cello bows. I did not have an unlimited budget so I was careful to read reviews and weigh the differences between traditional and modern artificial materials. I decided that this bow would most likely meet my desire for utility and playability. I can now confidently state that within just a few performances in my church orchestra service I have found the bow I needed 40 years ago. Outstanding response, tone I never realized was possible and resonant sounds I didn't know I could produce suddenly erupted from my instrument. I refer to myself as "A medocre cellist" in my communications. I might just have surpassed that title a bit just because I get to use this bow now.
