Beeswax Colonial Tapers (Pair)

Once again, our Thanksgiving tables, two of them, were graced by Beelite tapers. The honey colored beeswax candles set off our best China and silverware for a classic look. Those candles lasted well into the Christmas season. It’s a sure fire gift for special occasions.

These tapers have a full 1” base, which is very unusual these days, and very hard to find. But I have several antique candlesticks, 100 years old or more that have large sockets that modern candles will not fit in. These work beautifully, and as a bonus they are pure clean 100% beeswax, the way a candle should be! The color is a clean white ivory and they burn slowly, with a bright light and no smoke. To top it off its not hard to find good quality beeswax tapers that sell for $9.00 to $15.00 a piece, the Beelite candles are a bargain by comparison but you lose nothing in theor quality.
