I hoped this set would include a sheet with information about suggested placement of the magnets but there was not. Regardless, I am very pleased with the quality of the magnets and the carrying case. I expect they will last for several years. I am now researching biomagnetic therapy in hopes of learning to use this valuable tool effectively.
