I most love THIS dryer because of the ionic controls. Most dryers do not give you the option to turn on for hair that needs more polished & shine vs. off for more voluminous blowouts!

Great Blow Dryer and Amazing Customer Service

I first purchased this blow dryer a year ago, looking for a light and powerful replacement from what I was using at the time. I absolutely loved it! Dries the hair fast and makes blow outs a breeze. Almost a year into using it I experienced some issues with the dryer, mainly a smell. When I realized it hadn’t been a year and the warranty would soon be up I contacted Sam Villa. I am not usually one to do this as it’s usually more of a pain than I want to deal with. When I tell you that in less than 30 minutes they replied to my email and by that evening I had a prepaid shipping label to return my blow dryer for a free replacement. Amazing! I will absolutely purchase from this company again. I love their products but customer service like this is phenomenal! Well done Sam Villa
