I absolutely love Sam Villa brushes! I have thick, coarse hair and they're the only brushes that have enough "grip" to them to hold my hair properly as I dry. They last quite long ... I do have to replace them periodically ... but they so worth it.

This BRUSH! How have I lived without it? My hair is shinier and more lively. Not to mention my scalp in very happy.

This Sam Villa brush is amazing. It’s hard to find a strong enough boar/nylon bristle brush that firmly and easily detangles while adding shine to the hair. This brush does both without stressing, damaging or pulling out hair. I had been looking for a new brush to replace my long beloved Umberto Beverly Hills 302 brush from their partnership with Target, some year around 2009. I finally found one I love just as much! In fact, I bought a second to use on my silky, but double coated dog and he loves it too. Shipping was fast and service was great!
