Looks good, well made

Looks good and seems well made, however after being on for about 10 minutes one of the LEDs failed. I contacted them and they were very prompt in sending a replacement as well as arranging for collection of the faulty unit. So far the replacement seems to be working well. It is very quiet in operation and the watches in it seem to be keeping time well. Overall I'd say it seems like a good quality item, and the customer service was very good.
