Beautiful! Came packaged so nicely, very impressed

Product was perfect. Customer service could have been better. Product was ordered in November for a Christmas present. Was advised, after multiple attempts to contact, that it was on back order (apparently I was meant to be advised via an email, that I didn’t receive). The one response I had was fantastic and I was advised that it would be sent express post that day. Instead, I received my tracking number a few days later and it arrived after Christmas, over a month after it was ordered. I will acknowledge that in the past my order has been received in the week but this time the service could have been a lot better and did mean I couldn’t share a Christmas presents
