2 out 6 plates arrived broken. Sana from customer service immediately responded to our concerns and took corrective action. Great customer service!

All dishes retain water from the bottom edges that aren’t sealed. Everything coming out of dishwasher is bone dry. Days later we go to use dishes and there is water on the stacked dishes. Some that have sat long enough have mold and mildue covering the unsealed bottom. Attempting a refund. Stay away
