Brilliant. Tried it for the first time on sunday. One horse took to it well the other was a bit reluctant. I did a lot of serpentines with him to get him and me use to the new kit. Took him out today and he was perfect. I had a major problem with the horses not relaxing during the ride. Now they are so layed back its almost boring. I dont think I will go back to a normal bit.I found the company professional and very helpful the product is well made and performs beyond expectations
