Great jerky
This jerky is the best tasting out of all I have ever had. It’s good for hunting trips or sitting in the easy chair watching baseball or football

Cowboy jerky was one of the best!!
Large chunk of meat you can just keep in your pocket and bite a plug off whenever you need to. The finish is a tiny bit soft allowing for a clean bite. I work construction and I literally keep a piece in my safety vest and its perfect in between breaks to keep me going. Only thing is that the last batch spoiled fairly quickly and absorbed ALOT of moisture once the bag was opened. The previous batches did not do this; I had to throw away 2/3's of some expensive jerky because it molded in 2-day s after opening.

My favorite!
What I think of when I think of your Jerky. While I know it’s dried flank steak, it’s rich smokiness.and deep lacquered color and flavors make it a winner.
