I have been very disappointed in the 30lb braid I purchased. Been Red Fishing over the holiday weekend and it broke several times when there's no way it should have. Didn't always fail but to often. It wasn't coming untied when it broke the end was pointed. I’ve sent this in an email already with no response from it truly makes me wonder about your customer service side of the business.
