USDA Swift Brand St Louis Ribs

Just like being home!

I was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. I now live in the UK and have been looking for a good source for American style ribs. These defiantly met the brief. Thicker meat on the bone, the package shipped quickly and they were tender/juicy. Tried to order more online, but they were out of stock. I will definitely keep checking back.

GREAT RIBS - BIG AND MEATY!!

Second time I've bought these SWIFT USDA ribs and as per previous, they were huge and delicious! I can buy ribs locally, but in all honesty, there's just not that much meat on them - a major issue if your meal is...ribs! I think that the US butchers leave a lot more meat on their cuts and clearly their animals are reared for maximum payoff which is exactly what you get with this product! Whilst I'm broadly a 'buy British meat' advocate, I won't swap these ribs - not given the price and meat yield!
