Day 1: Exchange of the ctc ecu. The result of the subsequent test drive far exceeded the expected power and torque increase. Day 2: Installation of the ctc air intake kit. The subsequent test drive showed a once again significant increase in power and torque and as an unexpected positive side effect also a fuel consumption saving of 0.4-0.5l/100km. After several weeks of everyday use, this ctc system works absolutely perfectly. The fuel consumption before installation was 6.5l/100km and has now stabilised at 6.0l/100km. I only refuel Super Lead-Free 102 Octan, in exceptional cases Super Lead-Free 98 Octan. My engine now has about 170.000km mileage and is top maintained. If you want to donate significantly more power and torque to your standard M16A with a fair price-performance ratio, I can highly recommend this system.
