Love the harness and collar we bough for our new puppy. Will definitely be buying more as he gets older. I also love its Canadian made !

Permanently creased

Unfortunately the leash is permanently creased where it folded and packed. Judging by the warping around the creases it looks like the zip ties used to pack it were too close to the folds and it may have possibly been exposed to temperature fluctuations while shipping or in storage. Tried everything to get it straighten back out but it just won’t
