Swift delivery and great set of dumbbells

I have tried to contact a few times now about an issue on these weights, I have had bowflex 1090s, of which they basically are! A few times, they wore out over the years, and bought these! but this model has an issue! The no2 discs when activating “9kg” fall out due to the metal stopper being too short! Resulting in danger when lifting! I have contacted about this issue numerous times to the company KEFL, and over a week now they don’t reply! They need to sort the issue out so I can use them, as I don’t want to get rid of them!

It's great being able to train with one set of dumbbells but I have noticed a couple of times in certain positions, the weights aren't secure and unfortunately there's been two separate occasions where one of the weights has fallen off during a set. Not great for safety so I tend to use them for exercises like RDLs rather than overhead ones.
