Bed is beautiful. I would have given 5 stars if the hardware had come with it. Also, delivery guys would only drop it at the front door. I looked for “white glove” delivery option when I ordered it but did not see that option. I offered them extra cash to bring it upstairs but they said it was against company policy. I had to pay someone to bring it upstairs and assemble it with their own screws.
