WellnessBaby Fetal Doppler

The doppler that got delivered is not the one advertised. When I brought this up to customer service they said they updated their products but haven’t updated their website (still not updated and I ordered this 7/31/26 and it is currently 8/14/26). I was also supposed to get the ultrasound gel with my order but did not recieve that. Customer service said it should have been in the doppler box even though there is no space in the box for it. They said they would send me some (on 8/5/26) and I have not recieved any shipping update or gel. The numbers on the screen aren’t always accurate but at least I can hear my baby. Overall, I would not spend the money again on this product and I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. UPDATE 8/20/26: i recieved gel today from AMAZON not even from the company, they ordered it through amazon to be sent to me. Honestly probaby better quality than theirs.

Not pleased with this fetal doppler. Im not sure if it has a bad connection or what but it will work for two seconds and then nothing. I have to continuously turn it on an off. I have tried using just a little but if the enhancement jelly and also tried with quite a bit. Same result. I ahev also tried it when i first got it when i was 8 weeks pregnant and now i am 10-11 weeks and still getting the same result. I would like to return this!

I really wnated this product ti he great, bit it hust falls short. The quality is not very good. The output sound of the machine is poor quality, very low, even when the volune is turned up all the way. And it doesn’t pick up on the sound very well even with an adequate amount of the gel. It reminds me mire of a kids toy.
