I had been to the rixo shop in Chelsea a few weeks ago,& the girl helping me was absolutely amazing couldn't be more helpful. As I'm 60 & getting married nxt June & love rixo dresses. i couldn't make my mind up at the time & ordered bridal dress and few weeks ago. its a fun bridal dress love the feathers on it. & can't wait to wear it. thankyou for an amazing service had it within days & fits perfectly true to size.

I have been very impressed with the returns process . Having ordered 2 dresses at different times to wear on my Wedding day in 3 weeks time and having to return it was a fast speedy service. When enquiring about having my dress altered in a short period of time the staff could not have more helpful when my daughter phoned through to ask . Overall excellent service both online and on the phone.

Beautiful dress, well made and great weight. But felt the feathers didn’t suit me
