Excellent customer service and quality!!

I discovered this company when I googled “top custom draperies 2020” and stumbled upon an article that recommend Mesken as one of the top 10 in the nation. I ordered samples from Mesken and a top competitor and ended up choosing Mesken because of the lesser cost and they have plenty of machine washable options! I live on a ranch and didn’t want to deal with dry cleaning.  I placed my order for large sliding glass doors in both living area and master bedroom and got immediate feedback and recommendations from Alex, such as adding extra brackets and c-rings for better support.  Recommend 100% My drapes are so beautiful! 

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Received curtains that I ordered for our condo in Panama City Beach, FL that had lots of damage during hurricane Michael. Spoke with Alex MANY times and he was sooooo wonderful in helping me get just the right type of curtains for 4 huge windows. It is very difficult ordering drapes for those type windows online but Alex made the process so much easier. He sent me a swatch of all the different types of material that were available. The curtains are very high quaility and are beautiful just as I had expected them. We are headed down this weekend to hang them and I can't wait to see how awesome they are going to look.
