The dolls are even more precious in person, heirloom pieces, feel like jewels, but i do have to say i was disappointed in the packaging and delivery of the dolls. I ordered 12 dolls, they were all smushed, hair a mess, dresses all crumpled up, i had to iron carefully each piece in order to display them in my daughter’s nursery. Would be amazing if you guys took care of the presentation of the product as much as the product.
