It's a great idea in concept. In the one day I've used it I'm seeing the flaws. It shuts off randomly and quite often. The motorized feature was supposed to save my hand and also save time. When it's on its great and does exactly what I hope it would. But the thing shutting off so often and having to wait for it to reheat doesn't save any time at all. So I'm back to using my old trigger squeeze glue gun while my new one sits on the table. So my excitement for the new technology quickly turned to disappointment.
