The colors are really extraordinary in person. The pants are super duper comfy and breathe SO well as someone who gets hot really easily. The stretch waist definitely covers the 2XL/3XL range. I'd say if you were closer to the XL/2XL side of the spectrum, may be better to go a size down. I'm a big guy, but they'll start to slip if I'm moving vigorously with something weighing down the pocket. A tightening drawstring would make these literal perfection, but still 5/5 to be sure!
