Good material bad sizing

Got the size 2, excellent material as usual. As a 5'3" male the cuffs are too large and sleeves are too long. I have a 39-39. 5 chest size and the jacket is still too large. I am guessing this is for layering but not for t-shirt wearers. Will have to tailor this to fit my sizing unfortunately.
