Lived up to expectations

The belt arrived quite quickly and I was most impressed by the quality of the leather and of the gold buckle and keeper. The colour was exactly as featured on the web page. The thing that I found the most useful was the extremely informative description of how to correctly measure the length of belt that I needed to order. It proved wonderfully accurate and the belt fitted me perfectly. I was somewhat disappointed with the packaging which, I felt, 'cheapened' such a lovely well made product. Maybe it's such a small thing, but presentation is an important element in customer service. Receiving something well packaged and presented brings joy and satisfaction to any receiver of a quality product. Thank you for my lovely belt.
