Not the Easiest

In the end it all worked out, I am happy with the product. However, I was disappointed to learn that my pre-drilled doors required a shorter basket than the one supplied with the Lever Set. That involved a new order, new shipping charges and a 3 day delay in the installation. Why not include both standard baskets with the set?

Finally what I wanted

Had attempted to order these before, was directed to residential quality. Once I got it straight, I got what I asked for and these fit perfectly! Great product!
