This is an amazing product wish that I would have found this a few cars back. of the best products on the market.

Flawless, ease of application and removal are excellent.

Failed to ship both products

The bottle of prep spray was not included with my order. Their packing list actually had orange highlighter marks on all items sent, with the exception of this final prep spray chemical required before applying the ceramic coating. They don’t reply to emails for several days and left me hanging without anyway to contact and or receive the product prior to my prepaid reservation at a local detail garage renting one of their garage service bays for 10 hours. So while perhaps their products could be decent quality, their customer service and attention to details is done of the worst I’ve experienced from a high quality image company. I’ve initiated a dispute with American Express for the charge and gave them 48 hours to ship the missing product to me, before I leave town for a month. No reply of any kind. Now they can pay to ship their products back, as I’ll be buying everything needed to detail and ceramic coat my vehicle from Adam’s.
