Peru - Miel de Cajamarca, Light Roast

Tried 30g at 50 clocks on my k6 grinder in my xl areopress steeping for 3min. Pretty good but not amazing, slightly thin but the bitterness was slight too. Going to try 60 clicks. Did two 7 cup drip batch at 80clicks with 180f water that was solid. Still figuring out how to pull the best out of these beans.

This is my go too coffee, I love it.

A new light roast favorite.
