I was hesitant to order based on some of the reviews (not many recent ones either) but I proceeded anyway due to the price and look of the hardware that I wanted. I certainly am happy that I did. I placed my order and it shipped the next day. I had it within 2 days of placing the order and the products I ordered are quality and about a third of the price I would have paid for a similar product at my local store (and they are usually partially plastic, not metal). Very satisfied.
